Why Brighton is a priority route
Brighton has been growing fast since the late 2010s, with a mix of front-drive homes, rear-lane homes with parking pads, and townhouses around Brighton Gate and Brighton Common. Rear lanes are not plowed the way front streets are, so lane access and parking pads are a bigger part of snow service here than in older neighbourhoods.
Green Wolf runs Brighton as a single route, clearing front driveways and rear pads in the same pass, so a laned home is not waiting on a second visit.

Good to know
The City of Saskatoon's sidewalk clearing bylaw makes the homeowner responsible for clearing snow and ice from the public sidewalk in front of the property within 48 hours of a snowfall. Miss it and the City can issue a warning, then a fine, and can clear it and add the cost to your property taxes.
Both Green Wolf plans include the city sidewalk, so Brighton route customers are covered well inside that window without thinking about it.
