Rosewood was built out through the 2010s around parks and wetlands in Saskatoon's southeast corner, with newer streets still being added in The Meadows off Meadows Parkway. Most homes have a front driveway and a stretch of city sidewalk; many lots back onto green space, which drifts in a west wind.

Good to know
The City of Saskatoon's sidewalk clearing bylaw makes the homeowner responsible for clearing snow and ice from the public sidewalk in front of the property within 48 hours of a snowfall. Miss it and the City can issue a warning, then a fine, and can clear it and add the cost to your property taxes.
